CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Your appointment time is very important to us, and we would like to accommodate you as best we can. We understand that schedules change, illness occurs and things come up in our busy lives without advance notice. In respect to your time and ours, we do request a 48-24hr notice for cancellation/rescheduling of your appointment. 

 

NO-SHOW POLICY

Upon the event of several last minute cancellations/no show, we reserve the right to ask for a deposit in order to secure a future appointment. 

CONFIRMATION

As a courtesy, we do call/email several days before your scheduled appointment. If we are unable to reach you and are only able to leave a message, we do ask that you return our call/email to confirm you appointment. If we cannot reach you at all, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time. You are always welcome to call/email the salon to double check any appointments if you are unsure. Repeated missed appointments without notice will not be tolerated. We thank you for your cooperation.

 

PRICING


Price Menu listed are base prices. Prices are subject to change at any time depending upon individual service needs. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, any quote given over the phone are not deemed exact as factors such as length, previous colour, time involved etc cannot be determined at that time. Complimentary consultations with our service providers are recommended prior to service to determine the accurate price.


 

COLOUR RENOVATION POLICY


Consultation must be booked prior to color renovation appointment. This allows time for the stylist to plan for the results you’re wanting to achieve with full understanding. Color corrections may take more than 1 appointment. Color Renovations start at $100+/hour. Color Renovations require a non-refundable deposit.


 

LATENESS


To ensure we give the best experience possible we kindly request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you are running late, please call ahead. Late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated as you may not have time to complete the whole service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may request that you reschedule your services as a courtesy to our guests booking after you.

TIMING

We will not start or perform a service if there is a time constraint issued by the client. We reserve the right to reschedule to a time where both the stylist and client have sufficient, uninterrupted time to complete the service properly. 


ADJUSTMENT POLICY


Refunds are not issued on salon services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, we will ask you to re-visit for an evaluation to determine if results discussed in your original consultation were achieved and adjust the service at no charge if warranted. Management must be notified within 5 days of original service and we ask that you return to the same stylist that provided the service. Your adjustment can only be rescheduled once.  If the rescheduling or cancellation does not follow our policy, the adjustment will not be honored.

PRODUCTS

All sales of products are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits.
